BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY DUY LEGACY VENTURES LLC, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR SITE.

1. Scope of Service

Duy Legacy Ventures LLC provides residential real estate rental services in New York City. Duy Anh Bandeston is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson affiliated with Rentopia. We act as a facilitator between prospective tenants and landlords/property management companies.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date listings, all information regarding apartments, including but not limited to price, availability, and amenities, is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific unit shown on the site will be available at the time of inquiry.

3. Video and Media Content

All POV video tours, virtual tours, and photography on this site are the intellectual property of Duy Legacy Ventures LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Agency Disclosure & Broker Fees

In accordance with New York State law, agency relationships will be disclosed prior to any substantive contact. Tenants acknowledge that broker fees may apply to certain listings unless explicitly marked as "No Fee." The specific terms of any fee will be provided in a separate commission agreement.

5. Fair Housing Commitment

We are fully committed to the principles of the Fair Housing Act and the New York State Human Rights Law. Duy Legacy Ventures LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, age, marital status, military status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or source of income.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duy Legacy Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or services. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party landlords or management companies.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit fraudulent documentation (e.g., falsified pay stubs or IDs) during the rental application process. Submission of fraudulent information will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
