Duy was fantastic to work with. He was one of the most responsive leasing agents we encountered, communicating quickly and clearly over iMessage throughout the process. He was punctual, patiently showed us every unit we wanted to see, never made us feel rushed, and answered our questions almost immediately. He was also flexible and worked with us to find terms that made sense. The entire process, from touring through signing, felt incredibly easy and seamless. I would absolutely recommend working with him.

Duy was fantastic! He kept in constant communication with me every step of the way during the lease process for my apartment. I didn’t have that kind of service with the other leasing companies I dealt with. He responded to my questions very quickly and always had the answers for me. It was such an easy process and now I get to move in! Yay!

I just wanted to say i had an incredible experience with Duy! He was really on top of everything! Any questions i had he was quick to respond and help! And to top it all off he was very kind, to be honest i would even consider him a friend now. thank you Duy!!

Duy is the best! He was so incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. All of my questions and messages were answered in a timely and informative manner. Cannot reccomend him enough!

Duy is absolutely the best Agent I have ever worked with! He was extremely helpful, informative, polite, and really helped me find the perfect apartment quickly!

Duy is the reason Im not homeless! Thank you Duy for your responsiveness, flexibility around my work schedule, and for going above and beyond. I had just one week to find an apartment and Duy scheduled a same-day tour, ensured that my application was next in line for my dream unit, and even hand delivered my payment so I could make my moving deadline. Give him a raise & promotion.

Duy Bandeston was absolutely amazing to work with! He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and was incredibly responsive, often working around the clock to help us. Our application had a few complications, and there were moments when we were panicking that we might lose the apartment, but Duy was always calm, patient, and reassuring. He was extremely competent in navigating every issue that came up and advocated for us every step of the way. We truly felt that he cared about getting us into the apartment. Could not recommend him more!

Duy was absolutely amazing to work with! As first-time renters, we were completely new to the process, but Duy supported us through every single step, ensuring we fully understood everything along the way. He worked with incredible diligence and managed to get us moved in on our exact target date. 100/100 service. Thank you so much, Duy!
